Dimensions
Case
The housing has all laminated (glued) glass 4+1+4mm total 9mm thick to ensure safety. The glass has a sandblasted logo and machine name and black painted frames. The doors are locked with a bolt with an electromagnetic coil. The housing has two additional LED lamps illuminating the workspace from above. They complement the LED lamp that is present in each machine under the gate (bottom of the control cabinet)
Table
The table consists of an additional cast iron tub to which the machine is screwed. This tub is in turn attached to a steel table. The table has a tub for coolant on its entire bottom. The table comes complete with a pump and the entire closed-circuit cooling system. The first drawer from the top is a drawer with a chip sieve. The next two are tool drawers for any installation.

The profile rail guide enables linear movement using rollers.
Small control panel
It has 4 buttons – emergency stop, start, stop, pause – this is a very useful solution for repetitive series production. The housing is milled from aluminum on our machines.
Tool warehouse
As standard, when ordering a 9kW ATC spindle, the machine is equipped with a linear magazine mounted on a T-table.
The rotary tool magazine replaces the linear magazine – thanks to which the user once again has access to the full working field of the machine.
The rotary magazine in the Advanced series is controlled pneumatically. And the rotation is performed by means of a stepper motor. The magazine moves by means of a pneumatic actuator above the working area of the machine, thus enabling the tool to be replaced.
